Include your device model, your Android version and the app version from Settings so we can reproduce the issue.

Deleted something by mistake? Check your gallery app’s Recently Deleted or Trash folder first — Android keeps removed media there for a limited period. ByteClean keeps no copy of its own, so it cannot restore anything for you.
The scan reports less than you expected? On Android 14 and later, granting “Select photos” instead of “Allow all” hides part of your gallery from the scan. Give full photo access in Settings → Apps → ByteClean → Permissions.
Hit the daily delete limit? The free tier caps how many files one session can remove. The countdown in the app shows when the next window opens.
Data request? Name the right you are exercising (access, rectification, erasure) so we can route it correctly. The Privacy Policy covers what we do and do not hold.
